STAND CLEAR
Along with having a clear escape route, you should also always be aware of where you are standing and what's going on around you.
Exclusion Zones need to be setup around all operating plant. They will be clearly identified by the use of BLUE safety cones.
Working near live traffic can be deadly if not controlled properly, and minimum safe distances should be maintained at all times.
Ensure you take time to identify any hazards in your work area before starting work.
Power lines and other services can also cause serious injury or death if contact is made with them, and care should be taken when working around these hazards.
Keep out of the line of fire of any moving object!
