​Graduates

Bardavcol employs graduates annually in full time positions as construction engineers. The work can vary from a position in the estimating office to taking part in the day to day running of a construction site.

​

We pride ourselves on providing our graduates with post graduate training in all facets of civil construction through on site training and the support and mentoring by experienced Engineers and Supervisors.

Trainees

As a member of CCF SA we regularly provide opportunity for trainees to increase their learning on the job in many varied disciplines.

Work Experience

Bardavcol encourages students of all ages to undertake work experience to see all facets of the industry, and offers engineering students casual work during their holidays. This holiday work is essential experience for them to help determine their career path.
