ALWAYS COMMUNICATE
Good communication is key to ensuring everyone goes home safe each and every day. Communication comes in several forms, and the same information could be delivered to you in multiple ways.
The best form of communication is written instructions. Bardavcol strives to ensure that all hazards and risks on site are communicated to everyone through written communication, whether it be via SWMS, Work Instructions, Job Task Cards, or Safe Work Permits.
Make sure that when communicating with others you give clear instructions, and ask if you don’t understand something.
This information will usually then be communicated orally to the work crew at Daily Prestart Meetings, Toolbox Meetings, or out on site before the work begins.
Remember, there’s no such thing as a dumb question!
