WORKING IN CONFINED
SPACES

CONTROLS

• Avoid conducting work in confined spaces where possible (use HOC).

• A Bardavcol issued Confined Space Permit must be in place for all Confined Space work.

• Only qualified and competent workers are allowed to conduct work in confined spaces.

• All equipment must be checked, serviceable, and tagged in date prior to use.

• A Rescue Plan must be in place for all Confined Space work.

• A spotter must be in place for all Confined Space entry.
