WORKING AT HEIGHTS

CONTROLS

• Avoid conducting work at heights where possible (use HOC).

• A Bardavcol issued Working at Heights Permit must be in place for all Working at Heights tasks.

• Only qualified and competent workers are allowed to conduct work at heights.

• All equipment must be checked, serviceable, and tagged in date prior to use.

• A Fall Restraint system should be used over a Fall Arrest system

• All Anchor Points must be engineered and rated no less than 12kN.

• Spotter for all EWP's / Boomlifts

• Exclusion zone underneath all work from heights
