Capacity increasing intersection upgrade including the following:

• Vegetation removal, earthworks and demolition

• New stormwater pits, drains, kerbs and road crossings

• Lane widenings and new pavements

• Asphalt resurfacing of entire intersection and part way along SDB Drive

• Pavement Marking

• Traffic Signals

• Street Lighting upgrades

• Footpath pavements

• Landscaping and street planting

• Landscape irrigation Design & Construct (Provisional Sum)

Construction of a signalised pedestrian actuated crossing including the following;

• Kerbing

• Footpaths

• Traffic signals
