Mawson Connector & Transport Interchange

Design and Construction of a two train platform interchange at Mawson Lakes

• Development of a roadway from Main Street in Mawson Lakes to Salisbury Highway with the inclusion of an overpass structure for the railway lines.

• The interchange facility featured two train platforms including an elevator to the overpass structure, enclosed departure lounges, sheltered walkways, kiosk, video surveillance, public transport information, bicycle lockers, taxi rank facilities, public art and landscaping.

• Extensive safety measures employed due to significant detailed work required within the rail reserve.

• Substantial traffic management for signalised interface works  at Salisbury Highway and Main Street.
