Novo West Lakes Development Stages 1, 2 & 3

​At Bardavcol, we deliver a wide range of civil construction services, and our earthworks team is currently achieving excellent results for our client, Potentia, at the Novo West Lakes development. This project will see around 500 new homes built in Adelaide’s western suburbs, with Bardavcol completing the earthworks for Stages 1, 2, and 3.

Our scope of works has included site clearing, preloading, and remove-and-replace operations to engineer the ground conditions in preparation for this future community. The collaboration and trust shown by the Potentia team have been invaluable, and the results speak for themselves.
